浙江金塔电力线路器材有限公司是在企业体制改革中按现代企业体制程序组建的股份责任制企业，成立于2004年9月23日，注册资金5038万。具有生产500kV及以下输电线路铁塔和1000kV及以下电力金具产品资质。公司座落于浙江省海宁市农业对外综合开发区，紧邻杭州东部下沙大学城，钱塘江畔，沪杭高速，杭州绕城高速近在咫尺，交通非常便利。
公司技术力量雄厚、工艺设备齐全、质量管理体系健全。公司聘请国内行业知名的教授级专家、金具专家专门针对研发液态模锻悬垂线夹、八分裂间隔棒以及1000kV大直径均压屏蔽环等新产品新工艺作为技术指导，公司现有员工365人，其中工程技术人员占公司总人数的33.6%，中、职称15人，其专业覆盖企业管理、机械产品设计、模具设计、质量检测、制造工艺等技术领域，形成了一支强有力保障研发、生产、制造及管理的工程技术研发团队。公司拥有9500kN和3500kN液压冷室压铸机、400t液压模液压机、数控火焰切割机、数控弯管机、800t液压联动折弯机、摩擦压力机、喷丸机、护线条成形机等大型生产设备以及超声波探伤仪、金属材料化学成份分析仪器、微机高速分析仪、1000t机械性能试验设备等检测仪器。公司通过不断自主创新，在输变电及特高压套电力器材技术领域积累了丰富的开发应用和项目管理经验，被科技部认定为重点扶持的高新技术企业。先后成功研制630mm2、720mm2及1000mm2行业的大截面导线配套电力金具产品。相继通过中国电力企业联合会500kV输电线路大截面导线配套电力金具、±800kV特高压直流输电线路配套电力金具、1000mm2大截面导线配套金具、1000kV特高压输电线路配套电力金具等新产品技术鉴定。
